How did you hear about us?

Thank you for your interest in joining our Wine Club! Your form has been successfully submitted. Wine Club members commit to purchasing two cases per year—one in May and one in November. At this time, you’ve been placed on our waitlist until the next enrollment period. When space becomes available in May or November, one of our wine experts will personally reach out to you to complete your membership and assist with purchasing your first case. We appreciate your patience and look forward to welcoming you into the club soon!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By enrolling in the Country Vines Wine Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Wine Club memberships are non-transferable, and Wine Club discounts do not apply to already discounted items.

Members are required to purchase two (2) cases of wine (12 bottles per case) per membership year. These club allocations are released twice annually and must be picked up in May and November; additional case purchases made throughout the year do not count toward this required commitment. Email notifications will be sent in advance of each release with details before cases are prepared and processed. You have the option to fully customize your Club Case (some exclusions may apply). By signing up I confirm that I am over 19 years of age. Cancellations within 1 year are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Enrolment in the Wine Club signifies acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
