Important Event Info & FAQ

• Arrival Time: Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before the event start time. Because we are expecting 300 wonderful guests, our winery winery grounds do not have the space to accommodate early arrivals before the doors open.

• Parking: Free on-site parking is available. Upon arrival, please follow the signs to the designated event parking area.

☀️ Dress Code & Outdoor Elements: This is a fully outdoor event, and it will take place rain or shine. Please monitor the forecast and dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather (think layers!). We highly recommend wearing sensible footwear for walking on grass or uneven terrain (leave the stilettos at home!). Don't forget to bring your own sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, and bug spray to keep yourself comfortable throughout the day.

Pet-Friendly: Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome, but owners assume full responsibility for their pet's behaviour and cleanup.

• Guest Liability & Safety: Please note that attendees are responsible for their own actions. The organizers and venue cannot monitor or take responsibility for the behaviour of individual guests. To keep the event fun for everyone, management reserves the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave (without a refund) if their behaviour becomes disruptive or inappropriate.

Photography & Media Notice: By entering the event premises, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. These materials may be used by the organizers for promotional and marketing purposes.

🎟️ Ticket & Refund Policy

Refund Policy: Ticket refunds or transfers are happily accommodated up to 48 hours prior to the event start time. Within 48 hours of the event, all ticket sales are final, and no refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be issued.

Weather Notice: This is a rain-or-shine outdoor event! Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather unless the event is entirely canceled by the organizers.
