This truly unique estate grown Schonburger went through wild barrel fermentation, after sitting on the skins for twenty-four hours prior to pressing. A secondary wild malolactic fermentation created a cast complexity and rich mouth feel.
On the palate, flavours of honeycomb, melon, caramel, almond, spice and vanilla. Intense, dry, viscous and rich with a long-lasting finish. Like no other, this wine will simply never be replicated.
